Procedure

To Clear the Customs of Import Shipment arrived at Sea port or Airport in Dubai you required all the Mentioned Documents.

First document will be needed is the Bill of Lading if it is a sea freight or Airway Bill if its air freight. Which will be exchange from concerned shipping line or airline with delivery order. When we have delivery order along with all other documents we will prepare the import documentation and submit the request to the customs.

On customs approval we will proceed to pay customs duty and clear all the port dues. Arrange the transportation pick up the cargo from Port and deliver to your door steps.

Please note that all the documents should be original. In case any document is missing or in a soft copy customs will take extra charge.

Export Clearance
Procedure

To Clear the Customs of Export Shipment  for Sea port or Airport in Dubai you required all the Mentioned Documents.

Export procedure is more simpler than import. You just have to give us the Original required documents and we will prepare export documentation and take customs approval.

Then transportation will be arranged according to the cargo and load it up from the requested location and ship it to the port for exporting.

Bill of Lading is for Sea Freight & Airway Bill is for Air Freight.
It is issued by carrier after loading the cargo into a Ship or Air plane. They will give this to the shipper, And shipper has to pass this document to the consignee / receiver of goods.

Delivery Order is a document which grant permission to release the transportation for a shipment.
After receiving the Bill of lading you will take the BL to the Shipping line or Airline whoever brings your shipment, and they will issue a delivery Order.

You will receive it as hard copy from the shipper or a supplier and the documents will have a ink stamp.
